INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM ADVISOR SUBSCRIBERS
If you enroll as a paid advisor subscriber in the KPLW Method program, we also collect payment information, processed securely through our payment processor Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our own servers); licensing information, such as your state license number and carrier appointments; and profile information used to build your co-branded landing page, including your headshot, biography, professional credentials, and signature.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information you provide to:
- Send you educational content, resources, and communications related to retirement income planning and financial strategies.
- Connect you with licensed financial professionals in our network who may contact you about products and services.
- Deliver email and text message communications relevant to your inquiry, and, for advisor subscribers, voice communications relevant to your subscription.
- Process advisor subscription billing and physical book orders.
- Build and maintain your co-branded advisor landing page, if applicable.
- Improve our website and marketing communications.
We do not sell or share your personal or mobile information to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. We only share personal or mobile information as needed to deliver the services you request and as described in this Privacy Policy.
We retain your personal information for a period of up to one year in order to send educational and promotional materials. Advisor subscriber account, billing, and licensing information is retained for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation as needed for accounting, tax, and compliance purposes.
Your information is transmitted to our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) via secure webhook for the purpose of follow-up communications.
TEXT MESSAGE, VOICE, AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

MOBILE SHARING
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide text messaging services.

This restriction applies to both consumers seeking retirement income guidance and advisors enrolling in the KPLW Method subscription program.
